returns and refunds

Returns are simple.

You may return your item:

  • if you have your proof of purchase available
  • if the package is unopened and in its original packaging, i.e. still in a resellable condition.
  • if done within 7 days of delivery

The following reasons for returns and refunds will be accepted: 

Returning Incorrect Products delivered to you

Wire2wire Online Store will make all effort to ensure the correct product information eg. prices, delivery fees, product descriptions are correctly reflected on the website.

Before signing with the courier, check individual item packaging before opening them, to ensure the correct items have been delivered. 

However, should we deliver the incorrect item/s in error, you may return your product within 7 days, provided that the package is unopened and in its original packaging, i.e. still in a resellable condition.

Wire2wire Online Store will arrange collection of the incorrect item at our cost and arrange delivery of the correct products to you as fast as possible.


Returning Defective Products

Please note that products will be tested to establish whether the fault is a Manufacturer defect or a Misuse of product by customer. 

  • If the item has a Manufacturer fault, it will be tested and repaired if possible. Customers will be updated during this process. Please allow 7 – 21 working days for the repairs to be done. Wire2wire Online Store will cover the courier costs to and from the customer. If the item cannot be repaired, you can choose between replacement/refund.
  • If testing proves that the item was Misused by customer, please note that  you will be responsible for repairing the item at your own cost, and cannot refund you or replace the item. The defective item can be collected at your cost via courier.
Non-returnable/Non-refundable items

Unless defective, the following cannot be returned:

– products that have been altered, repaired or upgraded, which have not been authorised by Wire2wire Online Store.

Collection by courier

When/If returning your items, please ensure the package is unopened and in its original packaging, i.e. still in a resellable condition.

Our courier will collect the parcel from the address you provided. Other means of return can be discussed via mail ([email protected])

Also remember to have your proof of purchase available, when the courier arrives.

Low stock availability and refund

• Please expect 4 – 10 days delivery time.

• If stock availability is low within South Africa, then please allow 4 – 6 weeks delivery.

• We will help you find the next best alternative product or you will be offered the option of a refund or the option to wait out the 4 – 6 weeks.

• We promise to keep you updated every step of the way and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Vouchers and refunds

If you redeemed a voucher against your purchase of the item you are returning, the value of the voucher will not be refunded to you. Wire2wire Online (Pty) Ltd may or may not issue you with a replacement voucher to the same value with the same terms and conditions as the original voucher, provided that the voucher/promotion is still active.

Sale items and returns

If you bought a sale item and want to return the item, the actual rand value (reduced price) will be refunded to you. 

If you want to return an item that you paid the full amount for but is now on sale, we will refund the actual rand value paid by you for the item.
